No, actually PRIA forms were sent to ME to fill out after phase 2 notification. Then I forwarded them on to the company conducting the checks. Not trying to get into a p*ssing match, just trying to be specific on what happened in my case.

Generally, the whole process is very similar but seems there are very slight differences from one interview class to another. People seem to cling to these details while we play the waiting game. I know I do!
