I apologize for what is probably an obvious question, but what are PRIA forms? I gather they have something to do with a background check? I interviewed today and didn't do any background-check-like paperwork. I am Air Force, so perhaps that is why I didn't see any thing like this today?

PRIA is pilot records improvement act...these forms were the FAA forms included in the big app you had to send to JB before the interview. For military folks, I assume they are sent to your branch to obtain any flying related info in your record. For us civilians, it includes training info, checkrides, drug/alcohol test info, current position/quals, etc...

Generally, the whole process is very similar but seems there are very slight differences from one interview class to another. People seem to cling to these details while we play the waiting game. I know I do!

No, actually PRIA forms were sent to ME to fill out after phase 2 notification. Then I forwarded them on to the company conducting the checks. Not trying to get into a p*ssing match, just trying to be specific on what happened in my case.
Generally, the whole process is very similar but seems there are very slight differences from one interview class to another. People seem to cling to these details while we play the waiting game. I know I do!

They changed the process mid February (I was told by HR). I was in the FEB 25 group and was given the PRIA via PDF after Phase II notification. My contact at JB informed me they are making conditional assignments to class without all the paperwork clearing because of the backlog. RJCursed, will you now have to change your screen name?
