I apologize if this is a duplicate thread, but I have a few questions regarding what is considered as necessary/good gear to have for a student going through a 141 school for all my Fixed Wing Certs.

I have an iPad Mini. What are the best apps and addons (cases, holders inside the airplane, etc.) for the device?

Bluetooth GPS "Puck" (non-ADS-B) - Is this a considered a requirement now? Which one is a good one to have? Any good or bad experiences with them?

Video Cameras? Strictly for "studying" purposes only... Are they welcomed? should I invest in one? if so, which one?
