Desk job and check airman at a flight school and 135 PIC/instructor on light twins. Pays between $40-50k depending on how much I fly. Home almost every night, with just enough overnights to keep life interesting and give me some alone time away from home.

3.) What would it take to bring you back to the airlines?

$35-40k starting pay with a jump to $50k second year. I absolutely refuse to commute for a regional, but since I live in ORD that's not as much an issue.
