Compass, Skywest, Republic and possibly Mesa ( if the new jets are coming in )
Does anyone have an opinion with this criteria?
As well does TPIC really mean as much nowadays or has nothing changed and its the ONLY thing that matters when getting hired somewhere else?
Cheers. Please try to just answer and help and not run on a company bashing rant or whatever else. You know what can happen on this forum

I would be very careful when choosing a place to work for based only on type of aircraft flown. QOL and career progression should be your top priority.
As far as the companies you have listed, the only advice I can give is to perhaps think twice before going to Mesa or Republic.
Their work rules and contracts seem to be pretty poor even by Regional standards.
I don't know any details about SkyWest or Compass beyond the things you read on this forum so I'll let other people answer for those companies.
TPIC does not matter much anymore these days. Part 121 turbine time in general is enough to get you an interview at all the Majors and LCCs. Spirit might be the only exception. I have heard they now require 500 pic time but I'm not 100% on that. But none of the majors require PIC time anymore.
Final thought: Choose whichever airline will allow you to live in base.
