Ok thanks for some positive input ladies and gents.
Just to catchup a little bit.
Flow I dont care about because I think its a gimmick and I dont want to fly for the US majors anyways.

Upgrades, well again the regional that anyone works for might disappear before you get there so why choose a company based off of upgrade time rather then QOL while you are there.

Yes heavy jets only for flying in the middle east Sometimes its +10 sometimes its +30 tons that they look for but from what I gather they are only looking for jets so thats what I want.

No there is no case of SJS here but in fact getting onto equipment that I believe would give me the biggest range of options after the regional is what I want and if that happens to be an Ejet then so be it.

I went from 300 - 1500 hours flying planes in the bush in Africa and met allot of different pilots there from all around the show. The mid east to me just seems one of the few places that you can get some respect as a pilot anymore.

Oh and like I said before about living in base I am single and can move wherever. Would prefer N.east or California.

Cheers again and any helpful feedback would be appreciated.

** BTW, I have read about PSA and no I'm not interested in going there. I do believe that signing on to concessionary contracts only gives employers ANYWHERE the thought that you can manipulate your workforce to whatever you need. It may not bite you at your current employer but how do you know that someone down the road might not try it again based off of past history? Vote No Strength in numbers.
