No, the old guys are telling everyone to STHU, at least this one is and I am not even that old.
Very few of you have flown in SE Asia (in particular KL) and have flown the 777, I happen to have done both (including KL many, many times).
Everything is supposition at this point until we have more solid info.
Even the NTSB guy on Fox the other night was spouting things that are not true about the 777.

Professionally speaking, put a cork in it.
