Short flight/high arrival fuel just means restricted way below normal MTOW, but by no means restricts payload (per se).

. practically speaking though its shorter flights that carry those restrictions when the wx is bad at destination with no good close alternations, possibly because the alternate is the original departure airport.
I like that policy that no US js can be booted for w/b! I was just an offline guy bumming a ride to obap. Thanks for all the info! I'm now a little better prepared for my next jumpseating adventure.
