By my calculations, assuming you are working all 24 days in a month, the annual salary for a Phenom 100 driver is $85,600, or a daily rate of $297 a day (288 days per year).
PICs get paid 250 for anything over 20. 450 applies to hard days and holidays.
I know a guy or two working 24 days a month here and they are ready to walk out.
