Management also controls the seniority list and decides who goes on that list unless you have a specific contractual item. That point is forgotten over and over again or never really understood. Sailingfun, you know better than that. Eagle, Mesa, and RAH all negotiated single lists to combine multiple pilot groups. TranStates had a negotiated deal to combine GoJets, but the deal wasn't ratified. You may not want to spend the negotiating capital, but saying it isn't possible simply isn't true.
