There is no shortage at this level yet. AeroCrew Solutions job fair for Spirit is full and tickets are being scalped for more. WAI had FastPasses like Disney World. Virgin has no shortage of apps, nor JetBlue.
There are thousands of regional CAs and FOs who are applying anywhere and everywhere and will go to the first airline that calls them.
UAL has stopped making calls until the late fall or early winter due to lack of training resources, DAL is being very picky, USAir is only taking captains, AA is only taking Military or flow through from Eagle.
