You are correct that the flow will continue at a minimum of 20 a month until the 824 are gone then the rest are I believe at 25 per month. So you are correct the shrinkage will be fromthe top except those that bail for other jobs.
They already furloughed 50 in 2012, just to not get them all back a few months later. Who are they going to scare, before they furloughs they have to flow more to AA. If they furlough 100 guys, not all of them will end up flying feed for AA, so AA would just end up getting further behind on the feed.
