It's not 95% of the current pilots it was 95% as of the day of signing. As people leave they could theoretically furlough, however they would then be unable to meter flows and the flow % increases.

Furlough protection was a Team Tony idea, they traded a concrete fleet plan for that garbage.

Actually they traded scope for pref hire. Where in our then scope the pilots went with the planes. So October's 2011 when amr transferred eagles planes to aa our scope before the change had us going with the planes. So in reality all pilots should have been on the aa seniority list october 2011. You can thank tony and scum for that also.
