I would agree with Fly4Hire, I have seen the junior pilots fairly represented, probably because they are more engaged.
Seniority line pilots, even without adequate input, tend to act far more in pilot interests than management does. I agree the quality and quantity of participation is a large factor.
Ironically those who ***** about ALPA the most usually participate the least.
