Most guys here have been in ALPA or some type of union before.
As a jr guy, you do worry when you have a senior bus captain say on a call-in with our ELT that the 190 is overpaid.
I think his opinion is in the minority but we must set this up to be as fair as possible.
I totally agree it's up to the pilots and how much we engage.
Vote yes and stay engaged....it's our union.
Not my intention to be condescending - I've heard the woe is the junior pilot plight for years - it was aimed solely at those somehow expect a union to invert the seniority system in their favor.
