I don't think many of us with the exception of the most senior CAs are counting on that flow. Most FOs I know, myself included are a applying to any major airline accepting applications. The AA flow is a nice card to play if all else fails but it's certainly not my career plan. I think I'll be able to get hired somewhere before Eagle shuts the doors, assuming they do.
And almost everyone at Endeavor is saying the same thing about Delta and the "SSP" (preferred interview) the captains have here. Very few are going to pass up anything waiting for Delta.... I think everyone is in the same boat these days. Take the first life raft off the regional hell and go from there.
