They're based in PHX, though they just use Alaska's 734 or 738 sims in Seattle. Plan on having a 90 day period within which to complete a home study CBT (it's not 90 days of school just a 90 day window to do about a week and a half of school at a reasonable rate at home). After you're done with that you'll head to Seattle and get one day of systems review, a written, and between 4 and 7 Sim rides (DOE in the 737).
Total cost is about $8000 or so after room and board. They have an in house examiner. They're staffed with really knowlegeable AS and US check airmen/instructors. They also do A320 (PHX) and 757/767 (DEN) ratings and have a pretty good relationship with SW, AS, and US drivers.
