When comparing airlines, what are the different factors considered as to which one is the right fit? I've got the main ones (domiciles, pay, jr capt date of hire, guarantee), but will be spending the next 6 months really digging into the info.

One thing I have always been nervous about is if I lost my medical, how hard would it be to get a job with the company. It's way down the list of important considerations, but if one of your options has a headquarters / operations center / training center near your home, that might be a tiebreaker.
Another one is how the company is doing financially, as a strong company is more likely to have good QOL for the pilots than a struggling company. That one is a guess as it's all cyclical.
