The FAA no longer throws out anything. It had everything in there from the private pilot days and on for me, and that was over 20 years ago.
They never threw anything away (except warning/correction letters). Previously some things would not be PRIA-reportable after a certain number of years, but they deleted the time limit so now anything PRIA-reportable from the FAA is forever.
