It amazes me that we are replacing 44/50 seat rj flying with 50 seat rj's from a different company. Yes this company is notorious for promising growth and airplanes and greatness as they pull the rug out from under you. Bk contract was supposed to be accompanied by a fleet plan and growth. Reality: All LAX flying subbed out to Skywest and closed as a base, SJU shut down, some DFW flying to XJT, and Republic utilizing a magical order of 175's to do flying out of ORD. All happened within a couple months of signing the bk contract. Growth? fleet plan? I have to say that what little trust we had with management has been lost with. All growth seems to be in ground service dept. which he seems to be so proud of!
