Never wanted this to be about me. It should be about you guys getting a good deal. If it's going to revolve around me and that's where it's headed then I'm out. I pass on what I hear; it's that simple. If it's causing this much trouble; then it isn't worth it anymore to me. You guys need to be united in this battle, whichever way you go. I'm becoming a problem, so I'll stop. Perhaps this is what John meant. I still don't think he knows me, he still hasn't PM'd me; but I will stop rather than cause a loss of focus among you. Your attention needs to be on the company, not on me, John or anybody else.
Best wishes.
Best wishes.
The only thing that MAY fix Envoy is the continued exodus of pilots. Management is too foolish to realize what's happening and while it benefits them now as they shrink, the very near future could find Parker waking up one morning asking himself, "What have we done?"
All of the regional contracting and shakeout will eventually find one or more regionals with some amount of planes idle that they would like to fly but will be unable to staff. The early losers are Great Lakes and Silver. Just think, only 3 years ago, Horizon wasn't hiring. Now, they are having the same problems as other regionals. They're after fewer bodies that they NEED.
Envoy pilots: Get the resumes out to majors, nationals, LCC's, corporate and anything else you can find. The key is to search diligently and not quit. Guys like Bzzt are never going anywhere. You can't if you give up! Drain Envoy of as many pilots as possible while improving your own situation. This will put the screws to AAG and the MBA boys will be left scratching their heads.

Lookit you. You attack my spelling, I point out that there's nothing wrong with it and then you tell me it's my grammar. Fine, my grammar is not perfect. Good for you, but maybe you should be re-checking in to 5th grade seeing as you have a hard time telling the difference between grammar and spelling.
You act as if outing someone on a stupid forum is a crime against humanity. You are the tool for not trusting someone with a lengthy and proven track record for protecting the interests of this pilot group. If Mason is in fact a mouthpiece for management, or if his info has negotiated our union's bargaining position, then John is fully justified in revealing him.
Some middle manager who may lose his job for leaking intel should not have put himself in this situation to begin with.
No middle manager being fired over this should take it personally. After all... it's just business, right?

Some people just gotta watch the world burn, eh? I don't see the honor in outing people or costing someone their job just to prove what a tough guy I am on an Internet forum, because there is no honor in it. In fact, it's a **** move, what would it accomplish? Maybe some people need to step away from the keyboard for a little while and stop taking things so seriously.

Mod Note:
All of you juvenile delinquents sure know how to give an old bag a severe heartburn. Thread is closed. And don't try to start up a new thread asking why. And certainly don't try to start a new thread "discussing" the same poop sandwich, or anything like this poop sandwich.
