Envoy pilots should leave now
It IS Comair all over again. Little bits and pieces of hope delivered ala internet personalities and company tidbits. You would see more but attrition levels have not been bad these last few months and the schedule change comes in August. All this means is that the company is happy to see the pilot numbers shrinking perfectly according to THEIR plan.
Stop getting your hopes up and find a way out. Stop whining that you have not found a way when you have not even tried. Stop thinking that this company is going to be anything BUT Comair, because it isn't. Take it from someone who has been here long enough to know: They are going to bury this place and those of you sticking around on tiny little bits of hope are going to suffer. If you want to be a decade long FO or sit reserve as a Captain for 5 years or more, then stay. Otherwise, it is time to leave. Don't let Mason or the company ever tell you otherwise.

They're all coming apart, just wait until major hiring ramps this fall, and next year. 1/4 of the regional sector will be cleared out in a little over a years time. The regional model depended on an endless supply of pilots willing to work basically for free, and it has failed.
