2) Of course the pilot flying should ensure they are climbing away from the ground, but having the pf making the call out at this critical phase of flight (takeoff, go around, missed approach) isn't the best idea. Having the PM making the call makes sense, it shows that the pilot flying is doing their job flying the plane, and the PM is in the loop and monitoring the manevuer.

3) At pinnacle the PM calls out 100 above MDA/DH and the PF responds with Checks. That assures that the PF isn't dead. b) AND OMFG if the PILOT FLYING THE PLANE AT 200 FEET HAS NO SA THEN THEIR A SS SHOULD BE DOING SOMETHING ELSE!!!!
