Not sure if you are basing your pay analysis on what is on APC profile for CommutAir, but the listed pay is not correct.
Starting F.O. pay is now $30.00/hour.
Still not a livable wage, but a vast improvement, and I suspect higher than just about all other regionals.If upgrades stay in the 2-3 year range, then financially it is probably better than most regionals.
