Question about the new commuter policy. If your trip ends @ midnight, will they pick up the hotel then, or is it just at the beginning of a trip?

Company paid hotels are only provided prior to or in-between trips, like if you had two 3-days back to back or something.

Our IAD trips end at around 2100 at the latest. At 2200 there is another huge push for the last flights out. It makes it pretty nice for commuting purposes. I'm not really sure how EWR is for commuting since I'm not based there.
