As for being "behind the curve," I wouldn't worry about that at all. Upgrades haven't happened in a few months bc we're short FO's so our upgrade is running a little over 2 years. There are 6 new hires in class for April and I believe we'll be over 10 new hires in May if what I've been hearing is true. Upgrades are sure to follow since we've cancelled a few flights over the last couple weeks for no crews, including captains. Just for perspective, CommutAir hasn't had upgrades ever go over 3-3.5 years in the last 10 years. And the only reason it went up that high at one time was due to the big recession a couple years back. Hope that helps.

Now is not "behind the curve" at all. We have A LOT of captains itching to get out, many with interviews, and very few seem to have the "holding out for the call from DL/AA etc" mentality.
