But you're goal should make things unequal. go there with the idea that you want to get your PIC time quicker, become a check airmen quicker, get the opportunity to get positions that in the company that would normally take half a decade to get at others. In 3 or 4 years, you may look more attractive than a 3 or 4 year regional FO. There is no shortage of prop guys that have gone to the majors. I met a captain at FedEx who flew the Dash for Piedmont prior to going to FedEx.
+1... Don't be fooled into thinking flying an RJ sets you apart.. It's attitude combined with what's mentioned above that does.
