As near as I can tell, most people that are high on Xjet came from other, crappier regionals and now the grass is certainly greener. Yea, they sometimes come off as "cocky" but come on now...we're pilots...we're all cocky. That's just the way of the world.

Xjet is proud of their company and they should be. Just like I'm proud of my company. Some people express that more than others. Main point...if you hate where you work (minor disputes aside cuz we all have those) you probably shouldn't work there in the first place.
