This seems like a terrible idea to me. Why not send out personal invitations to the terrorist groups. Won't be long before one of them is sitting in on a "flight simulation experience", asking all kinds of questions.
Edited to add, it's already going in countries that take security a lot more seriously (especially when it comes to uniformed flight crew) than here...
