Slaveship,
How many mulligans shall we issue new hires? Some how most of us got on the email list, took the information seriously, and hold ourselves accountable to the team. Others look at it as an obligation that they'd rather not have, if not for peer pressure.....like an expensive magazine....After you've received the first SIG email, then I believe your mulligans are all used up. If somebody doesn't know what is being talked about, then they ought to find out quick. Besides, these new hires aren't "Babes in the woods"....I give them more credit than that....also many have come from other carriers, and this kind of information isn't a foreign concept.
