Most airlines apply a multiplier per sortie in fixed wing aircraft. This accounts for the "taxi time" normally counted on a GA Hobbs meter. You can expect this to be about .2-.3 per sortie.
A regional will hire you in a heartbeat. Spend a year or two there and you will be a great candidate for a major or LCC airline. You will make about the same as you would on unemployment, and you will get a crap ton of hours and experience.
