Sounds like the guy lived there many years ago and didn't know anyone there. Also they said he arrived inverted, and his boss said he had departed on a legit banner-tow mission.
Coincidence IMO. We're not talking billion-to-one odds...if the guy lived in the same area his whole life, in several houses, odds might be 5,000-to-one.
