Not necessarily. I have offers on the table from both Mesa and Envoy. DFW is better QOL for me. If they guaranteed me base the type of Aircraft would not matter. After 9300 hrs and time in 45+ different kinds of airplanes my favorite is the one I'm current making my living in. It's different for everyone.
