The poster is upset s/he didn't get hired.
The poster is upset that s/he can't get anyone to explain to him why he wasn't hired.
And s/he is upset that he still hasn't been refunded her/his travel voucher.

Is there more?

I made a comment about the poster's expectation that s/he would get an answer, or be owed an answer, as to why the applicant wasn't hired and in course flooding the company representative's email with such stuff.
