You mean the one line that you sit on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes before anyone answers! Yes - I timed it the other day, after the 20 minutes I gave up and called back around 10pm and only waited 15 minutes. This was just to cancel an unneeded deviation ticket.
Single Malt, pandora (Steppenwolf channel), and speakerphone work well.
