I am tired of my sweat going to fund BBs castle. We are trained professionals and we deserve better. I know deserve is subjective, but I do know what I am getting now is less than what I deserve.

This is my ransom: the ability to bid min guarantee, 4.5 hours min day, anything after 11 hours duty paid 1-1, 1st year $30 per hour with 4 dollar raises thereafter capped at 7 years, CAs start at $65-70 with 4 dollar raises thereafter capped at 15 years, pay tables based on the actual seat, ability to bid what you can hold after a 2 year seat lock, leg by leg cancellation pay, and much less vague areas. Most other areas I am content with. That is not a "kings ransom".
