You are a Captain, so your seniority puts you at latest an 07 hire. Thus you should be well informed on the short comings of the 03' CBA and the line of thinking that allowed it to be passed. If we keep negotiating with the assumption that we will get a fair contract next time, RAH will never be a decent place to work. The buck stops here. Actual cancellation pay, trip/duty rigs or a min day, long call reserve, fair pay, and seniority rights are the industry standard even for regionals. We will never have as much leverage as we do now. I dont think we are shooting for the moon, just for what is fair.
