The apologists and backsliders in this thread are the ones that are costing you time and money getting this contract done. Every time management hears that "we shouldn't have set our sights so high" they stall another month.

You all voted down a TA with a small gain in hourly rates that was littered with work rule disasters waiting to happen. Finally after years of concessions we pilots have the upper hand and you still have pilots saying not to try so hard to improve regionals. I don't respect that.
