Not sure what "personality" United is looking for, but I would guess much more than 1 out of 10 don't pass that test.
I never said anything about the test being easy. I count myself with (I assume) the large majority who isn't too happy at the prospect of missing out on a potential career opportunity just because of not marking a couple of true/false questions on an internet quiz the way some MBA with a psychology minor thinks I should. I'm only trying to get some more discussion going based on what is known about the process for those who want to know what to expect.

As to the 1 in 10 failure rate, I believe the source to be fairly credible, but even reliable sources get their information confused sometimes. If anyone has heard anything to the contrary, I'd be interested in hearing about it.
