As a previous guy said a lot of the questions repeat themselves word for word, so make sure your answers are the same. I got a phone call for an interview about a week after taking it. Good Luck to you all!!!!
BINGO! The above is the key to the Hogan, consistency in your answers. DO NOT try to game the test, or
answer what you think United wants.
Just be honest in your answers so that you won't have to remember to match the other 3 or 4 questions that basically ask the same thing or trait.
