Just be honest in your answers so that you won't have to remember to match the other 3 or 4 questions that basically ask the same thing or trait.

Completely agree. Just answer as honestly as you can. Very repetitive and can be a little disconcerting when you see almost the same question but ever so slightly different. Just stick w honesty.
I don't have a source, but from the people I know who have received the email to take the test... I'd agree with about 1 in 10 are asked for an interview.
I took the test on a weekday afternoon was called the next day for an interview... But that was back in Aug/Sept
