First of all, neither of those two companies are hiring and won't be hiring for a while.
Their pilots will make more simply because of the bigger airframes.
Bigger plane=longer range=more pay.
I am not sure exactly what the NJ 300 pilots are making.
I can guess it is higher than the industry calls for in a 300.
That's when billionaire backing comes in handy.
