We aren't the same as PSA and Piedmont in that regard. We paid the price for this flow. We had hundreds of AA pilots flow down and take our CA positions, stagnating and downgrading our guys. Harming our career progression.. Causing us to have 10 yr+ FO's etc.. There is a lot more to the story than the outsiders see.. And its really complicated to try and explain all the factors.
