Benefits are not awful, you can go ahead of mainline people in the std by list because is by check inn time. Or would you rather go to Xjet or RAH and be after all the AA/Envoy employees in your own metal? 75% discount in Fedex shipping, good discount in rental cars and employee deals in various places. Health benefits are not the best, but neither the worst. Same stuff AA gets...

Your seniority is only going to backslide as aircraft are parked and new hires don't come through the door, enjoy that line while you can. I don't use travel benefits other than to go to work, so that's not even a factor when I look at employment benefits. I think I'm about 1.5 years junior to you if you've been here 5, I make about 38 a year.
Going somewhere else as a potential new hire will probably gain you quicker PIC time and minimal if no losses to pay and benefits.
