Sort of.

The MIN/MAX grid for the recent 737 (14-08) vacancy listed 580 for both min/max in EWR 737 FO. Note the same grid for EWR 737 CA is 433/436 and un-augmented fleets typically require more CAs than FOs (vacation, sick, etc.)

This is a deceptive number because EWR is currently the "junior" 737 FO base and Manpower Planning (oxymoron, I know) is rightfully anticipating movement out of the base or upward into other aircraft. They need a place to assign new-hires and the bid assures a large "unfilled" vacancy.

In addition, the most recent (14-10) vacancy bid listed 464/488 for the mix/max.
