First post here so please go easy. I've done several searches and got some good info on Air Wisconsin, but I have two questions:
1) I've read that DC is the senior base, but what are the chances of getting PHL in the first 6 months to a year?
2) Does anyone know if they build out-and-back lines out of PHL ever?

In case you can't tell, I am a local Philly boy who actually likes it here. Please don't take that as a cue to discuss your thoughts on Philadelphia- or its sports teams. Thanks to anyone who can help.
