I don't have anything you can't find out through normal channels. It is a small company and doesn't give much up in terms of how they do things. They operate about 8 or 10 airplanes. Most of their trips are "Out and Backs" and you are home most nights. They are ALPA. They have not hired in several years, and have only recently recalled all their furloughed pilots from bankruptcy.

They operate out of MSP and out of the Humphrey terminal, which is a very nice terminal and right there at the employee parking.

I can't think of a better place. Live downtown, take the Light Rail or drive to work. Fly a 737-800 somewhere. Turn around. Fly back. Go home.

What more do you want from a flying career? Seriously. Pay is nothing special at all from what I have seen, but is made up for with a nice small company and a nice lifestyle where you actually get to be at home and see your family sometimes. Not bad. I'd do that.
