CAPTJNS is right on the mark, Safety and SOP's are paramount to an airline. In an interview situation, they want to find out:
- how you think,
- how you process information and prioritise,
- how you act and
- what your potential is.
Remember, whatever role you are applying for, a company wants longevity from its employees so they are looking at you and your potential to Command. So your answer needs to reflect your potential and you need to use all of your resources.
It does not always matter that your answer is totally/technically correct, it is just as important for the recruiter to see how you think, process information and your potential to learn and grow.
