If your goal as one who was "passed over" is to at some point in the future leapfrog ahead of pilots who already have seniority at AA, be prepared to be offended. Now as to creating some type of list that incorporates certain present regional pilots into a FUTURE list that assigns new numbers at the bottom of the AA seniority list at that point in time, the best I could say there is "maybe". It would have to fly with AA pilots and by AA pilots, I mean the future AA seniority list after integration with the pilots of US Airways. To solve this problem in the way it seems you'd like would not only require Parker "thinking outside the box", but concurrently getting a thumbs up from APA who themselves must get a thumbs up from the AA pilot group.
Once the regionals are consolidated, only Envoy will remain. Then all AA hiring will come from Envoy. You won't need an AA number. If all hiring is from Envoy, then your place on the Envoy list is your place to AA.
