Since you already hold your CFI and CFII, you won't get the hour credit from the new ATP rules (assuming you didn't get these through a degree program). In that case an aviation degree really won't be worth much outside of aviation. Personally I'd be looking at a degree that can be useful elsewhere. The airlines couldn't care less...
